Renewable Hydrogen Alliance is proud to welcome our first consumer-owned utility, the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB). EWEB is chartered by the City of Eugene, Oregon and owned by the citizens of Eugene. Founded in 1911, EWEB provides both water and electric services to some 86,000 customers in the local area. EWEB expressed interest in finding useful purposes for their surplus renewable electricity to better serve their customers. Welcome EWEB!
